Xiaojing Fang has been a teacher at Baby Tree Mandarin Immersion Daycare and Preschool since 2022. She has over 18 years of experience in early childhood education, including 10 years teaching kindergarten-aged children in China and 8 years working experience with infants and young children ages 1-5 in the Bay Area. Teacher Fang received an AA degree from South China Normal University. She also holds an Associate Teacher Permit in California. She has great experience in infant and toddler education within Mandarin immersion and bilingual learning environments.

Teacher Fang believes in respecting each child and following a child-centered approach. She places great importance on understanding diverse cultural backgrounds, promoting inclusion, and honoring each child’s individuality. She is committed to creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment where infants and young children feel respected, secure, and confident to explore, learn, and grow.
